We start with a delicious, tender chocolate cake that’s not too sweet or cloying. It has just the right balanced flavor and texture. I love this chocolate cake.

We then layer it with a light & creamy salted caramel mousse that is flavored with two secret ingredients:

The first is Italian Dolce Latte caramel sauce. I call this ’liquid gold’ and it is to die for. It’s a special sweetened, condensed milk that’s cooked on low heat until it becomes a smooth caramel sauce. You have to cook it just right for it to have the right flavor and consistency. I remember my mother making her special Dolce Latte caramel sauce in the kitchen, and the incredible aroma would waft through the entire house. It would bring the whole family into the kitchen!

To this, we our sea salt – but not just ANY sea salt. This is Sicilian Sea Salt, which has been called ‘White Gold’. I can’t tell you how important it is to use good quality sea salt. It makes a huge difference, and you can definitely tell the difference by the flavor.

Comes packaged in an insulated Styrofoam cooler with dry ice and will arrive to customer two days after shipping. May arrive with little to no dry ice remaining, which is normal. Although there may be no dry ice remaining, the food should arrive cold to the touch which indicates it has maintained its freshness.
