We start with authentic Italian Savoiardi ladyfingers that are direct from Italy. These are delicately soaked in espresso with just a hint of liqueur. We then layer them with imported, triple mascarpone cream made from the milk of cows that have been fed special grasses, herbs and flowers. This special diet creates an ethereal flavor that is wonderfully fresh, light and delicious.
